How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Nice holiday house near Conil situated in a private terrain of 2000m2 with individual houses in a quiet area: "Pinar del Roche" is one of the greenest zones between Conil de la Frontera and Chiclana.
This residential area is located in a shady pine grove, just 2 km near the romantic small coves of "Calas de Roche".
The house is divided into the living room with sofa double bed, one bedroom with a double bed , the kitchen and the bathroom. Outside there is covered terrace with barbecue facility available and upstairs you find the balcony, where you can enjoy the natural ambient of the pine grove. In the large garden there is sitting area with sun umbrella and sun loungers for sunbathers.
The swimming pool of the complex is surrounded by lawn and provides a nice alternative on windy days to the beach.
The distance to Conil de la Frontera with its shops, bars and restaurants is about 3 km and to the beaches the distance is 2 km.
The car can be safely parked within the complex.
Relax & enjoy your holidays in this quiet and green area close to the beach!
