How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

How to pay

If you want to book an accommodation, we ask you to pay the requested advance payment (see description of accommodation) within the indicated period.

The advance payment can be made by

1. bank transfer

2. credit card

3. PayPal

 

The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Detailed information about the advance payment and the rest payment can be found in the detailed description of the correspondent accommodation on our website as well as in the booking confirmation you’ll receive from us.

 

If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.

How to cancel

Cancelling a binding booking causes cancellation fees. The fee depends on the date you cancel your binding booking.

Please note: An inquiry on our website is not binding. A booking is only binding when an advance payment has been made.

 

These are our cancellation fees:

1. Cancellation until 60 days before the begin of rental period

2. Cancellation 59 to 43 days before the begin of rental period 50% of effected advance payment

3. Cancellation 42 days or shorter before rental period -> no refund of advance payment

 

The client has to pay the transfer fees for refunding advance payments.

We recommend to effect a travel cancelation insurance

      Country holiday house near Barbate: The highlight of this house is the large shared swimming pool. It lies in the centre of the complex in a courtyard this is protected from the view of outsiders. It lies in between the houses that are covered with ivy and it seems like an oasis of calmness.    The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning, heating and satellite TV.   The pool is filled with salt water and there is also a small bungalow for barbecues, that can be used for free.   The Casa Rivera de la Oliva lies close to the Natural Park "la Breña" and to the river Barbate. For guests there are 2 bikes available for trips to the park.   A private parking lot is provided on the property, too.   The house is located at 3 miles of the town of Barbate. At Barbate's esplanade you can find delicious gastronomy.   The 25 kilometers of coastline of Barbate offers beaches of exceptional quality, like Mangueta, Zahora, Caños de Meca, the Playa de Hierbabuena, the Playa del Carmen, the Canillo and the endless beach of Zahara de los Atunes.   Vejer and Medina Sidonia are very close, too. Furthermore the golf court of Montenmedio and the equestrian zone are at a distance of only  5-10 minutes.

    Holiday house in Conil de la Frontera: In a quiet location, only a 4min walk away from the dock which separates the beach Playa de Los Bateles and the beach Playa de Castilnovo. It is a very bright house with a spacious living room, two bed rooms, two bath rooms, fully equipped kitchen, store room and terrace. Enough space for 4 persons. At the promenade there are many possibilities to park, it is not necessary to use the car during the stay in Conil. The purchases can be done in the little shops who are in the vicinity of the house or in the supermarket Eroski, which is located just a few minutes by car.

There you can also have a barbecue and have your meals together on the terrace. Or just enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on the roof terrace.   The property is at the outskirts of Conil, direction to Roche, a very calm area. From the roof terrace you see the neighbouring pine forest and the surrounding pastures and fields.   Still it takes you only 5 min. by car to the centre of Conil and to the Playa de los Bateles. There are bars, restaurants and shops also in El Colorado at the national street N340 and close to the various camping sites around (Eucalipto, Tula, Roche).

      Well-kept holiday home for the whole family in Conil: This spacious house is located in the closed colony Camino del Tejar in Conil. There is space for 6 persons and it lies in a very quiet area. The large garden (ca. 6.500 m2) and the shared pool invite you to relax. The furnishing of this house is top quality, the pieces of furniture are in a very good state and the kitchen and bathrooms are modern.   From here you can reach the centre of Conil de la Frontera in a 10 minutes' walk. The beach lies at a distance of 3 min by car, 20 min walking. From here you can also reach the small and lonely bays near by. The supermarket Mercadona and a racquetball court are near by.   The area is quiet and reposeful even in high season. We recommend arrival by own or rented car.   If you arrive by car, you can also do various excursions, e.g. to the other fascinating white villages of Andalucia (for example Vejer, Jerez, Tarifa), to Cádiz, Europe's oldest city, or to the National Park Doñana.     Private parking in the colony

On the lower floor are the living room, dining room, 1 bed room, 1 bath room, kitchen and terrace. On the upper floor are the other 2 bed rooms and 1 bath room.   It is modern furnished and has a great equipment: washing machine, dish washer, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender and toaster are available. The car can be parked comfortable in the garage.   In the vicinity of the apartment is a supermarket, restaurants and small shops with take away food for good prices. The area is suitable for all sports, especially watersports.   Good connection to the motorway,  to Cadiz 35km, 40km Jerez, Sevilla 120km, Tarifa and the Straits of Gibraltar (just a jump to Africa), Los Alcornocales Nature Reserve 50km, La Breña NatureReserve and the environment of Barbate 10km, Costa del Sol 100km.
