How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

How to pay

If you want to book an accommodation, we ask you to pay the requested advance payment (see description of accommodation) within the indicated period.

The advance payment can be made by

2. credit card

3. PayPal

 

The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Detailed information about the advance payment and the rest payment can be found in the detailed description of the correspondent accommodation on our website as well as in the booking confirmation you’ll receive from us.

 

If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.

How to cancel

Cancelling a binding booking causes cancellation fees. The fee depends on the date you cancel your binding booking.

Please note: An inquiry on our website is not binding. A booking is only binding when an advance payment has been made.

 

These are our cancellation fees:

1. Cancellation until 60 days before the begin of rental period

2. Cancellation 59 to 43 days before the begin of rental period 50% of effected advance payment

3. Cancellation 42 days or shorter before rental period -> no refund of advance payment

 

The client has to pay the transfer fees for refunding advance payments.

We recommend to effect a travel cancelation insurance

      Bright terraced house in Fuente del Gallo: This house has 2 floors and is modern and furnished with taste. It has a garden with shared pool and a wonderful seaview from the colony. There is enough space for 6-8 persons. The house is located in Conil - Fuente del Gallo.   It is well-kept and lies in a quiet area. Still it takes only a couple of minutes to the centre of Conil de la Frontera. On the way there you pass the best restaurants and beach bars of the area.   The colony has direct access to the ocean and to the Playa Fuente del Gallo. The beach here is of very fine sand and it is surrounded by steep rock faces that also protect this area from the winds that can be unpleasant sometimes at the coast. The water is crystall clear and not very deep, so it's perfect for kids to swim and play in the water.   From here you can walk along the miles of neighbouring beaches to the south or explore the calmer bays near Roche to the north.   Thanks to the central heating of the house you can also spend very pleasant holidays in low season!   The house also has a large basement that can be prepared for parties or yoga classes etc. if desired.

The beautiful beach of El Palmar is 200m away from the house. Between September and May this beach is one of the best places to surf in the south of Spain. In El Palmar, there are a few small shops, a butcher, a pharmacy and some good restaurants and beach bars. In Conil de la Frontera, the next larger village, about 3km from El Palmar, there are big supermarkets and any other service that is not offered in El Palmar. At the heart of the house there is a small patio with real plants and cozy chairs - an oasis of calmness. The two bathrooms are very modern, one of them even has a luxury rain-shower.   The owners couple does live here some part of the year and you'll notice that they appreciate a cozy home. In Chalet Doña Josefa you can experience the authentic Andalusia! In summer the whole family can eat together on the veranda. The garden is well-kept and there is much outdoor furniture, even some bikes.   This chalet is perfect for reposeful family holidays at the beach. From here it is only 400 m to the sandy beach of Roche, which is framed by an impressive red rock face.   In the colony Roche there are several well-assorted supermarkets and exquisite restaurants. There are playgrounds, a tennis court and even a Turkish hammam - all you need for reposeful holidays. If you want to play golf, you are in Sancti Petri in only 3-4 min.   The only thing missing here is an exciting nightlife.
