2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Fantastic holiday house with private swimming pool in Roche Viejo: The area of "Roche Viejo" is located approximately 4 km in the north of Conil de la Frontera. The beach (distance: 2 km) here is divided into small picturesque bays ("calas") which are pleasantly uncrowded compared to the beaches right in the front of Conil.
The house stands on a 700 m2 plot and and accommodates up to 4 people. The huge garden is mainly lawn surrounding the private swimming pool and providing plenty of space for sunbatheing and frolic.
In the interior of the house there is a spacious living / dining room with sofa, dining table and fire place for the colder days in winter time.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other one has 2 single beds.
The large kitchen is well equipped and gives you all the options for self-catering. In addition, there is also a grill for outdoor barbecues for long evenings in the garden.
The bathroom provides tub, bidet, toilet and sink.
This house in the surroundings of Conil is ideal for families with children or small groups who want to escape the stressy high season hassle of the roueistic centres and want to be near the romantic beaches of the area.
