A huge variety of bars and restaurants can be found on this promenade and in the summer months there's hippies selling their jewelery.
The Playa de los Bateles is about 1km long and more than 100m wide. In the summer it can get crowded here, especially with young people who also come for the great nightlife in Conil.
Water sports are not allowed on this beach. It is reserved for swimmers.
