Thanks to its geografical position, Conil de la Frontera has very confortable climate all year around. While in summer the temperatures don't climb above 30°C, in winter they drop hardly below 15°C.
Between November and April it can be raining every once in a while, but most of the Conil days are sunny. Rain is important for the region, so springtime can turn the landscape into a colorful sea of flowers and plants.
Careful! The sun can be very intense in this area of the Costa de la Luz. Especially children and sun-sensitive people have to make sure to use sufficient sun protection.
In the summer months, a short wetsuit should be warm enough to enjoy watersports. Between November and May, a long wetsuit of at least 3mm is definitely necessary.
