In this section we will keep you updated about upcoming events in and around Conil.
The Semana Santa (Easter) starts in 2007 at the 2nd of april. In this period the traditional processions take place and the town gets filled with mostly Spanish tourists.
The first weekend in September is a fix date in Conil’s calendar for the annual Feria (fair).
It lasts for one week and represents the most important event of the year in the cultural calendar of Conil.
Many set up pavilions at the fair yard invite to eat, drink and dance later on. The streets are filled with people crying out loud: “Viva la Virgen de las virtudes!” (Long live the virgin of the virtues)
For the following week public life in Conil will almost break down since everybody parties until the early morning.
