Presentation of the book Arriero de letras



Fernando Melero is self-taught and always wanted to write and publish a book. On 20.04.2018 he presents his first literary creation "Arriero de letras".

Fernando says that in his writings we can find "questions of daily life, equality, health, education, social entitlement ...". Fernando was born in San Roque, in the heart of a modest family, where he learned values ​​from an early age; "... my father was the teacher of the teachers, I learned everything from him."

 

Melero loves "Mother Earth". It was his father who taught him the secrets of cultivating it; later he met Antonio Gallardo and the cooperative "La Verde", which means "The Green", which is dedicated exclusively to organic production. There he learned to "implement the philosophical practices of the ecological world and the challenge he faces of a society with many inequalities and ignorance of food sovereignty."

 

Fernando Melero is a member of Cadiz Agricultural Ecology Network and an expert in rural sustainability.

He regularly collaborates with Ateneo de Algeciras and Hercules Cultural Magazine. Melero is a socialist by conviction and believes that "it is possible to make a different kind of politics more appropriate to the present and the future".
