The beautiful beach of El Palmar, 200m away from the house. Between September and May this beach is one of the best places to surf in the south of Spain. Also a perfect starting point for excursions on the Costa de la Luz, between Tarifa and Cadiz.

In El Palmar, there are a few small shops, a butcher, a pharmacy and some good restaurants and beach bars. In Conil de la Frontera, the next large village, about 3km from El Palmar, there are big supermarkets and any other service that is not offered in El Palmar.
