Amazing studio in Conil centre: This holiday studio for 2 persons is situated right in the centre of Conil and at only 5 min. walking from the beach Playa de los Bateles.

The apartment is part of an old house that is fully renovated and well-kept. It is furnished with care and taste. There are 3 more "El Portón"-apartments that can be booked in the same house. At the entrance there is a common room for all parties of the house.

The house lies some way up from the city hall of Conil and it's one of the highest houses of the town. Therefore it has a spectacular roof terrace, where the guests can have their meals and enjoy the sun. The view is an amazing panorama of the little white town and the kilometres of surrounding beaches.

Each party of this house has its own corner on the 100 m² terrace with table, chairs and deck chairs.

Parking possibility in the surroundings or at the esplanade.
