How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

How to pay

If you want to book an accommodation, we ask you to pay the requested advance payment (see description of accommodation) within the indicated period.

The advance payment can be made by

1. bank transfer

2. credit card

3. PayPal

 

The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Detailed information about the advance payment and the rest payment can be found in the detailed description of the correspondent accommodation on our website as well as in the booking confirmation you’ll receive from us.

 

If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.

How to cancel

Cancelling a binding booking causes cancellation fees. The fee depends on the date you cancel your binding booking.

Please note: An inquiry on our website is not binding. A booking is only binding when an advance payment has been made.

 

These are our cancellation fees:

1. Cancellation until 60 days before the begin of rental period

2. Cancellation 59 to 43 days before the begin of rental period 50% of effected advance payment

3. Cancellation 42 days or shorter before rental period -> no refund of advance payment

 

The client has to pay the transfer fees for refunding advance payments.

We recommend to effect a travel cancelation insurance

      Holiday house with shared pool in Conil de la Frontera: This terraced house lies on a property with three other houses and four small holiday apartments (Casitas + Estudios Paco). The property has a shared pool and enough parking spaces for all guests.   The furniture is simple, but functional. Here you can enjoy your holidays, whether you want to socialize with the other guests at the pool or repose with your family in your own closed part of the garden. There you can also have a barbecue and have your meals together on the terrace. Or just enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on the roof terrace.   The property is at the outskirts of Conil, direction to Roche, a very calm area. From the roof terrace you see the neighbouring pine forest and the surrounding pastures and fields.   Still it takes you only 5 min. by car to the centre of Conil and to the Playa de los Bateles. There are bars, restaurants and shops also in El Colorado at the national street N340 and close to the various camping sites around (Eucalipto, Tula, Roche).

      Bright terraced house in Fuente del Gallo: This house has 2 floors and is modern and furnished with taste. It has a garden with shared pool and a wonderful seaview from the colony. There is enough space for 6-8 persons. The house is located in Conil - Fuente del Gallo.   It is well-kept and lies in a quiet area. Still it takes only a couple of minutes to the centre of Conil de la Frontera. On the way there you pass the best restaurants and beach bars of the area.   The colony has direct access to the ocean and to the Playa Fuente del Gallo. The beach here is of very fine sand and it is surrounded by steep rock faces that also protect this area from the winds that can be unpleasant sometimes at the coast. The water is crystall clear and not very deep, so it's perfect for kids to swim and play in the water.   From here you can walk along the miles of neighbouring beaches to the south or explore the calmer bays near Roche to the north.   Thanks to the central heating of the house you can also spend very pleasant holidays in low season!   The house also has a large basement that can be prepared for parties or yoga classes etc. if desired.

    House with 3 floors for 2 persons at Zahora beach: This beautiful holiday house is part of a group of 4 holiday homes that are set in an old Moorish style building. The houses nestle in pastures between mature trees only 170 metres from the beach.   The house has no TV, but you won't need that anyway, because this is a special place. The sound of the surf, whispering wind moving shimmering leaves, the scent of wild flowers and herbs will stimulate all your senses on arrival.   Access to the holiday home is via a private drive lined with palm trees of some 500 m adding to the exclusivity. From the 2nd floor you have a fantastic sea and sunset view.   You have private access to the beach via a short track that passes beautiful horses and the odd chicken and turkey. The beach is wide and sandy with a few rock pool areas to explore and washed clean twice a day by a pristine deep blue Atlantic ocean.   In the area you can enjoy activities like golf, sailing, surfing, fishing and horse riding to name just a few. Of course whilst you decide how to spend your days, you can have a barbecue using the traditional stone charcoal oven, and sip your cool sangria under a shaded area.   Room layout: 1 bedroom with double bed fully equipped american kitchen bathroom with shower patio shared garden   Look out to sea and you will notice a peninsular with a light house at the end. This is the historic site of Cape Trafalgar where on October 21st, 1805 Nelson and the British navy defeated the combined fleets of Spain and France changing the course of history in the Napoleonic Wars.   It's also a very special place for those who are interested in ornithology as the migrating birds are crossing this point between Europe and Africa and take a rest here.   Furthermore from here you can be in the heart of old Cadiz in 40 mins or sitting in one of the famous "Pueblos Blancos" on the hills, sipping the famous local sherries.   There are three in close proximity: Medina Sidonia, Arcos de la Frontera and Vejer.

      Rustic chalet in Conil-Roche: This well-kept chalet is perfect for relaxing holidays in Conil de la Frontera. It has 2 bedrooms and a large living room with open kitchen. There you find 2 cozy sofas, a big dining table and a very modern kitchen with ceramic stove top.   The furniture is mainly made of dark wood. The house is decorated with lovely details and you'll immediately feel at home here.   In the private garden you can have a barbecue and enjoy the sun. The pool gives you the necessary refreshment. But also the sea is only 700 m away from here.     in summer you can book only the following periods: 1st - 15th of July; 16th - 31st of July; 1st - 15th of August; 16th - 31st of August   The chalet lies in a quiet part of Roche. To the city centre of Conil it's about 2 km.   The area is quiet and reposeful even in high season. We recommend arrival by own or rented car. There are parking lots for 3 cars on the property.   Since this chalet is very popular in summer, we recommend you to book at an early stage!
