How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Renovated apartment in the heart of Conil's old town

 

The apartment is in a typical Andalusian courtyard neighborhood, its streets are adorned with colorful flower pots and its people are very friendly.

 

This pedestrian area is very quiet, right in the center of town, behind the church of Santa Catalina.

 

From the apartment you can go anywhere by foot, everything is close. Supermarkets are within 5 minutes, the banks are all within 5 minutes, in the area there are all kinds of bars, pubs, restaurants where you can savor the delicious Mediterranean cuisine.

 

The Plaza de Espana is 50 meters away from here.  This Plaza has a lot of life in the summer months.

 

The qualities of the apartment are first class. The kitchen is brand new, the bathroom is complete, the towels and bedding are put. Beds have comfortable mattresses and good pillows for a good rest.

 

The TV has Digital Terrestrial channels + DVD. The bedrooms have fans of both cold and hot air.

 

The apartment also has a terrace with tables and chairs.
